Affari Edge Announces Plans
to Move Offices to West Tampa

TAMPA, Florida - Wendy Robbins and David Sizemore, managing partners of Affari Edge, announced today that they have closed on a new office building that will house both Affari Edge and Cosmic Waves Production. The new building, located on North Armenia Avenue, was first eyed by Robbins while touring the West Tampa district with the Leadership Tampa '08 group.

"Upon first glance, the potential the building possessed really stood out," said Robbins. "Once we heard rumors that it was being shut down, we just knew it was up to us to save it."

The historical bungalow, originally built in 1923, is located near the up-and-coming West End district where many other revitalization projects are already underway. A new project headed by In Town Homes is located just several blocks west of the new building. Affari Edge hopes that other businesses will follow and bring life back to the West Tampa community.

Having already broken ground on the project, the agency hopes to be fully moved into the new building by May of this year. "The restoration process is going to be quite a project, but we are eager to see the building once it is fully restored," noted Sizemore. "The next few months are going to be very demanding, but we're confident the environment we're creating here will prove to be ideal for our offices."

During the restoration process, Robbins added that several studios will be installed in the historic building to house Affari Edge's sister company; Cosmic Waves Production. Cosmic Waves has been producing audio and video work for clients across the globe for over 10 years.
